Phil Ricci has been in business management and development, as well as process improvement for over a decade.

In his corporate and public sector life, Phil has managed at all levels, from small team groups of five people, to building a high profiting instructional enterprise in Europe of more than three hundred and fifty contractors and employees. 

Phil has won many professional awards for his outstanding leadership in business growth and profits, but none are as important to him as his “Best Dad in the World” tie that his two beautiful daughters gave him!

Phil, a writer, blogger, musician, lover of all things tech, comics, movies, an avid sports fan, golfer and all around geek loves to “create something awesome” which has been his calling. In his words “I love working and meeting with people; consumers and business owners alike! I love developing ideas into profitable businesses and I thrive on identifying and nurturing talent within individuals. There is nothing more satisfying than watching something that I have helped create grow into something full and rich!”

Phil’s approach to managing and leading people and business philosophy has grown as he has worked with so many different types of leaders. While he is process driven, he has always been a “People First” leader.

Phil lives with his wife, Laura and two daughters, Delilah and Vivian and baby son, Spencer in Western New York.
